The call record is not displayed in the Event

Hello!
The call record is not displayed in the Event.
https://om24.1b.app/app/event/2313/
Call duration: 2:41, and there is no call recording display.
And there are a lot of such events, without displaying a record, in the system https://om24.1b.app/app/event/2244/
Tell me what could be the problem?

Good afternoon.
Each call has its own uuid - a unique identifier. In events, it is written as "Channel". In your case it is https://om24.1b.app/app/event/2244/ 61a51c97f2a3427eb367be0f1c27aa06 . To get a call recording, the box makes a request: https://om24.phonet.com.ua/rest/public/calls/61a51c97f2a3427eb367be0f1c27aa06/au... and receives an error in response. You can open it in a browser and see which one.
Here is an example call without an error:

his channel = 7113b6ef-759c-480e-b135-09734abc332a
https://om24.phonet.com.ua/rest/public/calls/7113b6ef-759c-480e-b135-09734abc332... upon request, we receive an audio recording.
Why we get a record on one call and not on the second, you need to ask the developers of telephony. In your case phonet

The reason for not displaying the call record was in the settings on the Phonet side.
In the section "Full information about the call - Details about the call after completion" the field was not filled.
Since the call can go to different users who do not answer, then for each dial-up the user will have its own uuid and, in fact, the system does not always receive the correct uuid for successful, but it can receive a missed one for the user, where in fact there is no conversation.
