Component «Messenger aggregator (multichat)»

This application allows you to combine correspondence with a client from all messengers (Instagram, Telegram, Viber, Facebook messanger, Echat) into 1 universal block that will allow you to process all requests from a client in a single window, as well as view all history of correspondence with him.

This application adds a new block for the process called General Chat. If you have several Instagram, Telegram, Viber, Facebook messanger accounts connected, you can switch between them without reloading the page and chat. Some instant messengers already support replies (quotes) to customer messages and stickers, its functionality will expand.
