When opened in a popup window, the chat does not scroll down to new messages. When you open a process in a separate tab, new messages are immediately shown at the bottom of the chat.
Please correct it so that it is the same in the pop-up window. Managers work with processes with chat from the calendar in a pop-up window. Scrolling down huge chats, especially on a mobile phone, is inconvenient.
Also, when saving the process, the chat scrolls up to the old messages. When you refresh the page it's at the bottom again.
