Callscript allows to create phone conversation scripts. Scripts are generated and adjusted in a special designer within the app, where you can provide: its name, specify the questions and answer options, so as the next hint for every option. These scripts are used during the conversation of your employees with customers, by displaying them in a call window. When talking to a customer, your employee will see the informative prompt and the system will give him further hints on every possible answer option. It is heavily used by call center staff. It allows to speed up the training process for new employees and will make transition of employees from one project to another much easier.
