Archiving processes

There is such a problem:
There are a lot of files in our clients' orders (drawings, PDF documents, photos, videos, document scans, etc.) that can take up to 200-800MB in one order. Orders are long-term, work on them is sometimes carried out for 1-2 years. After completing the order, it is necessary to store all documents for post-warranty work with orders for another 1-4 years, and some of them should be stored longer. During the execution of the order, you need quick access to all files, and after completing the order, you can move them to the archive, but also with quick access.
The question is:
Is it possible for Boxe to organize the 'archiving' of orders to an external cloud, but so that, if necessary, it would be possible to find and quickly restore the required order to Box? Has something similar been done and how does it happen?
Tariff 5 is suitable for us, but we will fill up a place on it in one year, and it is not clear how to work further then.

What I will write about is not yet available to users right now, but probably in the coming months one of the options will already be real.
OneBox OS has a file storage app. It is so cunningly made that any file that you upload to the system or it receives it will be stored in this app.
This applies to all attachments to the task, all attachments to spammed emails, all product images, and so on.
In reality, everything is stored and structured in app Files.
app Files itself provides data deduplication. The file is stored once, md5 hash of content, and according to this hash, it can be used throughout the system by all other applications.
METHOD 1:
storage for app Files can be replaced with Amazon S3. An S3 server is created and OneBox OS stores all files there.
Roughly speaking, storage and processing of 1 TB of data will cost about 25 USD/month.
METHOD 2:
if we manage to negotiate with hetzner, then all tariffs will have conditionally unlimited storage for app Files. hetzner has a system similar to Amazon S3, but there is no API suitable for us yet.
If everything works out, then all users will receive 100 GB of space for free in any tariff (only under Files), then something like 1-2 USD/TB/month with automatic billing.

thanks for the answer.
in this case, the work with the storage will fall on the shoulders of the user? or will Boxing take over, and the user will simply pay extra?

I hope you can come to an agreement.

Option 1 - on the shoulders of the user.
Option 2 - on us.
