At the moment you have free 6.9Gb.
Observe that the MySQL service has been stopped.
We restarted this service manually.
The MySQL (database) service has been stopped on your server.
We observe that this situation happens quite often with this CRM.
We recommend that you clean up temporary files and update the OS.

Answers:

Good afternoon. To make a full system backup, you need to do:
1. For the database: full backup of the database with all tables
2. For the file system: backup the media/ folder and the engine.mode.php file from the project root.
With the specified data, the system can be restored.

Thank you, and by the error that has arisen, what can you say, what is the reason?

If you mean that for some reason the database operation on your server stops as the hosting indicated, then no, boxing never directly stops the melon database.

1. Tell me more about the file system. What files are stored in the media/ folder: images, documents, price lists?
2. For us, images and documents are not important - which files should be copied for backup in this case?
3. Is the information loaded from suppliers' prices stored in the database? Are the downloaded files not needed for data recovery?

Good afternoon.
1. All files that enter the system. Absolutely all the files that you upload to the system are there
2. Everything, in media there is currently no division into images and non-images, files are stored together
3. The price during the download gets into the media, after it has been downloaded, it is only needed so that you can then see from which price this or that product was updated.

In the download history of suppliers' prices, files for downloading are not available for about a month. In our automation settings, it is worth deleting files after 270 days, unless, of course, this automation applies to these files.
Are they deleted by default with some frequency?
