Posting problem
I always post the same products here https://crm.smartid.com.ua/app/storage/process/incoming/
I only enter the article number, cost, source, and the Posting button.
This is the first time I've encountered a stock problem for a newly posted product.
In addition, the Balance of products in warehouses shows for article 1554-1555-1556-1557 quantity 10, free balance 10, quantity in warehouse by default 10, but in the column Availability in warehouse - 0.
Please tell me where to dig. This is the first time such a situation has happened in several years. There is another product with a code 1554, not an article number. Maybe the problem is that the box confuses two fields - the article number in one product and the code in another? But the stock for code 1554 has not changed either, and there is no Code field in the product card to try to edit it to test this theory.
