Balances on the site siverprod.com.ua are not updated
There is an assumption that the cart ID has run out, you need to check.
Before the goods are received/written off, they end up in the warehouse cart from where they travel further. Such records (like almost all entities in the box) have a unique id that is generated automatically. So, it reached the maximum for our storage basket and simply did not allow us to continue working with it. Developers must reset it and restart the integration.
There may be another reason, but the first thing you need to do is check the id.
