After that, the action began to be duplicated, it is displayed both once a minute and once an hour

As I understand it, this should not be so that it is displayed in both places.
We also noticed that the action "quickly" works, it felt like it worked once a minute, and it works, instead of once an hour as it is included. Please check this.

This action is configured in both minute and hour actions. The checkbox is both enabled and disabled in them to run both once an hour and once a minute.
