Knowledge Base: Suggestions

We propose to finalize/improve the knowledge base for ease of use: 1. Make the knowledge base open in a separate tab so that it can be collapsed and easily expanded if necessary. 2. So that the knowledge base, when reopened, opens from the same place where the user finished the review. 3. When adding a "parent" to the record, we suggest showing the full path of the name you are looking for, or displaying it in a structure for easy searching (collapsed tree). Now it is organized in such a way that if the parent is called, for example, "documents", and there can be 10 such parents, then I could not determine which one I needed. 4. Add a button to create a sub-page "Add page below" (or something similar). 5. Add an "Instructions" button somewhere in the corner to the page of each setting, so that when you click on it, () the knowledge base with setup instructions opens. 6.
