In the list of orders, I select orders with TTNs (screen 1), I select print-TTN in the bulk changes panel (screen 2). As a result, I get a white screen (screen 3). Despite the fact that I choose only 10 tons. Not even 100.

Those. you need to write to np support and ask why ttn are not printed on this link. Most likely because you are exceeding the limits for a get request and you need to print fewer items at the same time
