If any client writes to me by mail, in instant messengers, calls, then I will not help in any way, I will only say "write your question on the forum - and I will answer you."
I do this for several reasons:
1. so that no one can accuse me and / or OneBox of not helping someone. Any negative feedback about the product is perfectly extinguished by a counter-question "Show a topic on the forum where you asked and did not help you.".
2. If I personally have to deal with issues of retail clients, then I want to get content for the forum, which I, my colleagues, partners can refer to in the future.
