There is no movement of goods!!! From the 31st, neither the posting of goods nor their write-off is displayed. Information about the availability of goods is not updated, it is not relevant!!! In fact, there are more than 2,000 items in stock, and about 700 are displayed in the online store, those that were loaded on December 31, 2020. Why is information not taken from 1C? The exchange files were checked, they connect to the database, every hour they download information on balances and prices. About 4000 goods are processed in the file, but the information has not been updated since the 31st!!! www.siverprod.com.ua

If we are talking about balances and the action "Universal product import (xml / json)" - then the field "Surplus in stock" is not indicated in it - there is actually no information for warehouse receipts / write-offs

Nobody changed anything on the 31st, everything worked with the settings that we have now!!! Please find an error. You can go to the journal and see that the movement in warehouses stopped on December 31, there are no postings of goods, no write-offs. Why is that? Once again, no one changed anything in the settings.
