Good afternoon. This happens because inside the search engine, characters - are replaced by special characters. To search as you want you need to write KP30- or the full article or replace '-' with, for example, spaces

I don't see any problems with entering * instead of when searching - if you know what you are looking for exactly the article. Judging by the description, you are purposefully looking for the article
