Now, when there are comments under the post on the Forum,
A separate email is sent for each post.

You can make it so that the answers are not sent to the mail,
but they got right into my OneBox, since I'm a subscriber.
In this case, the task displays a link to go to the forum,
so I can go ahead and comment.
At the same time, One post = one task in my OneBox
And in this task all the comments are accumulated.
When there is a decision on the post, the task automatically moves to the closing stage.
If I have multiple OneBoxes, then I can choose,
in which of them I want to receive tasks.
This is necessary so as not to duplicate data if I do not need it.

Answers:

To do a similar integration of forum links through tasks - until we do.
Set up correctly the actions for turning letters into tasks so that tasks are not duplicated, but added to 1

In this version of OneBox - no, but in OneBox OS - yes, because there is already a completely different architecture and such integration can already be done beautifully.
We will return to this issue in six months.

screenshot of how emails are displayed in OneBox now,
these letters come to me by subscribing to topics
that is, I won’t be able to configure the access rights as it should
