Export not working

When trying to export orders to a .xls file, an empty file is saved, if there is data exported as .csv, but with UTF8, which makes it impossible to quickly view it on a PC.

Answers:

Specify the domain name of the OneBox that is causing the problem.
Perhaps it needs to be updated, or on the server, the php open_basedir directive prohibits access to the tmp directory of temporary files.

The guess was right

Warning: realpath(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/onebox/web/trailer.crm-onebox.com/public_html:/home/onebox/tmp) in /home/onebox/web/trailer. crm-onebox.com/public_html/packages/XLS/Spreadsheet/Excel/System.php on line 482
Warning: tempnam(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File() is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/onebox/web/trailer.crm-onebox.com/public_html:/home/onebox/tmp) in /home/onebox/web/trailer.crm- onebox.com/public_html/packages/XLS/OLE/PPS/File.php on line 88
Warning: file_get_contents(/home/onebox/web/trailer.crm-onebox.com/public_html/packages/XLS/tmp/30579919): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/onebox/web/trailer. crm-onebox.com/public_html/packages/XLS/XLS_Creator.class.php on line 71

The open_basedir directive is configured on the server, which prohibits access from the OneBox directory to the temporary files directory /home/onebox/tmp
Contact the system administrator (hosting provider) serving your server to correct this problem.
