Boxing is slowing down a lot, please help, we can't work

Today, our boxing is slowing down a lot, sometimes it doesn't respond at all, sometimes it takes 1 minute or more to open pages. Please help, we can't work.
The control panel shows a server load of more than 100%.
For the last month, all employees have been complaining that Box has started to slow down a lot when adding products to the process, when clicking save in tasks, and today everything just stops =(

By 1:50 PM, everything was terribly slow, any process or page in the box, the control panel showed that the processor load was 124%. At 1:50 PM, the hourly crown, which had been working from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM, finished its work.

Well, this peak lasts about 5 minutes while the export is in parallel, the auto-action is done once an hour - I don't know who set it up for you because I don't see any problem with it, most likely you contacted Dmitry, but why 4 parallel ones, who agreed on this, I don't understand, this is some kind of amateur activity of yours with him, most likely.

Yes, we have XML file generation for uploading to partner sites using the "XML Product Integration" action, and until we included these actions in a separate thread, everything slowed down a lot, as of today at 1 p.m., because the hourly clock doesn't have time to process all the actions, so I asked him for an increase in processor power or some other advice so that the system would work stably.

from what I clearly saw right away:
- in Global search indexing of comments 50 pcs. this is not necessary you do not use it when searching, I have already removed it for you and re-indexed - this will speed up the search by 3 times
- in the order filter panel there are many filters where the actual values are displayed, while you create a link on the desktop to 150K processes by the customer orders icon, which also includes closed, irrelevant statuses such as Cancelled, etc. It is not clear why, to be honest
- on the same link as the point above - you count a bunch of total lines in the table, while it is not a fact that they are needed every time, there is a separate filter to display the total lines and you check the box when you need to display them, but at the same time, during normal openings, you do not waste time on counting
- in the process itself, when I opened the settings, I saw 100 procedures there, I didn’t really understand them) and the interface is often overloaded, difficult to perceive, you’ll need to understand it in more detail.
- I also saw that you take orders from the CS cards every minute for the entire time - I set the action that worked the most for 30 days, I didn’t touch the others, but I think it’s worth thinking about setting a deadline
there are many other points but it is better to watch it after correcting what is above
