The cron operates on schedule.
On the graph, the "dips" show that the hourly cron has been running for longer than 1 hour since the previous launch.
The script is launched at the N-th minute of every hour, so if the previously launched script has not finished its work before the next one is launched, and the graph is also built by this script, then we see a "gap" on the graph.
