Help solve the problem: regularly while working with the CRM system, the account knocks out of the system and asks to log in again.

Answers:

Apparently, either you use your access for api, or the ip address changes every X minutes. Nothing can be done with the first one, with the second one in the employee settings (in the employees apk), in one of the items in the button on the right, enable dynamic ip for yourself.
