As far as I can see, at least when adding a product to the process with the UA interface from the product search block, it is searched for in Ukrainian and added to the process in Ukrainian.

The situation is that the default language of the database is the one that is selected first in multilingualism (in this case, Russian) (do not just change the order of languages).
Therefore, in imports, names are drawn from the base fields, where the Russian-language versions of the names are filled.
