Error accessing the server during operation

Good day,
Today, employees complain about the lack of communication with the server, pages are often not loaded during work. That is, you work with an order, change the stage and the page does not load. Or, you click Global search and there is no response from the server.

Please help to solve because the employees can't do the work =(

Good day.
The error that is shown on the chest shows that there is a problem with the Internet. The fact that you have access to other resources on the Internet does not mean that there are no problems with the CDM server. The CDM server is located in the DC, which is located in Finland.
To find out the network node where the problem is possible, you need to perform a network trace when you have access problems.
In Windows, this can be done with the help of programs:
tracert - is in the OS (runs in the console)
or
WinMTR - installed separately.
From our side, there were no problems with server availability today.
