Good afternoon, in the MVP box, the automation actions "Automatically switch the BP and the stage of orders depending on the value of the process fields" were configured, this automation does not work in the OS version.
Please check what could be the reason.

The status to which the switch is made is the action of making a payment. Most likely, the responsible process on behalf of which the status switch will take place does not have enough rights to create a payment according to the settings specified in the action. Check permissions for responsible processes that do not have stage switching action
