If the field is of type "Integer number", then 0 is not a value, but emptiness. With the current settings, you can change the field type to a string and write 0 + check the box in the formula

By default, zero stood, removed. Still the presence tag is empty in xml

I checked everything I could, at the moment there is only one solution (see screenshot) Or modify so that the file understands 0 as a value
