And also be able to manually set the subject and text of the letter.
There is an alternative -

You can use the "Submit form" action to write links to forms in different fields, and insert field variables into the letter. Can you make a template comment?

As far as I remember, there is not a link sent there, but a button in the letter to go to filling out the form.

1. instead of a selector, you can do a multi-setting for selecting forms + a hint that if you specify several, then it will not be a button, but links - and they will be available in the $formsArray variable, for example (this will be described in the tooltip) - 3h
2. make a field for entering the subject of the letter - 1h
3. make a field for entering the text of the letter + replacing the process variables in it (as for letters), including the variable from point 1 (so that you can type it yourself as you need) - 2h
