Good afternoon. Access rights are configured per user group - I recommend that you check whether the user is in the desired group, whether the settings have been changed, and if not, contact your integrator for advice.

The question is simple, I paid money for these settings, after which everything changed back, although we didn't mess with these settings, I want to find out why everything went back.

The only thing I can tell you is that I don't see anyone accessing and making changes to the access rights for the contact group after 2024-11-12 Therefore, I recommend that you contact either technical support, or specifically your implementation integrator (because he was the one who configured it and should know what and how), or specify the problem of what exactly is not working so that they can tell you why on the forum.
