Some operations do not work - the rights have disappeared

This morning, the employees lost the ability to create a TTN for the NP (an error that access is limited), the goods are also not uploaded to Receipts, it looks like there is no access either. We did not change the settings. According to NP, everyone has already checked the rights, but there is no access. It seems that something has changed, but how can we know what, because we cannot work.
