Now clients, if they enter the wrong password 2-3 times, will be banned for 1 hour. Can this be turned off somehow? or increase the number of attempts to at least 10, since people cannot normally use the client's personal account, they entered the wrong password and they have to wait 1 hour. This causes them dissatisfaction. Is there any way to change this or disable it altogether?
Just for employees, at least there is a button "reset the counter of attempts." But for clients there is no such thing and you just have to reissue the password

Good afternoon, you have not quite reliable information. The user is banned if he enters the wrong password 10 times per hour and not 2-3. You can disable it, then in your admin panel under your account there will be another person whom you "did not call" there, since he will break your password relatively simply by brute force.
