Removal of the reserve by employees from the warehouse

Any employee can remove the reserve, although this cannot be done.
Is it possible to add a setting in access rights that if a reserve is set by an employee, then another employee cannot remove the reserve?

In the warehouse settings there is such an option but I'm not sure what will work in all interfaces
