CPM login problem again, 0 available users

As I understand it, this is not entirely up to you, but maybe you at least know the information about the possible timing of the decision. Yesterday's problem with the entrance repeated itself again and for 30 minutes it has not been possible to enter. Duplicate yesterday's post:
"We have a box https://supero.crm-onebox.com/ box, paid for 10 licenses, but some kind of failure has just occurred and not one user can log into the system.
Writes has reached the maximum number of users, although only 6 employees out of 10 purchased licenses are working today.
