if you need to always set the RTC in the system for all products of a particular supplier, then configure it as follows:
1) PRC must not be disabled in the system (check https://i.imgur.com/PIRBpda.png and PRC ignore options are not selected)
2) for the provider, the rule should be Null https://i.imgur.com/g1Bb0Ad.png
3) the "Start automation actions for supplier products after loading the price" check box must be set here /app/settings/supplier/ (and other settings for rounding, availability, if necessary)
4) after conversion to the Price will put the RRC https://i.imgur.com/nswbc6j.png

There was an extra tick in the settings "In the presence of RRC, put it in the sales price". After disabling it, the calculation works.
