This error means that no recipients were passed.
In the log https://admin.newtrend.team/admin/logs/showall/ajax/?file=turbosms-log-2021-01-2... you can see at the end that the recipients have been transferred. But in the error regarding the recipient's number, the NOT_ALLOWED_NUMBER_STOPLIST error is indicated, which on the turbosms.ua service is translated as "The recipient's number is in the stoplist (for sms) or in the ignore list (for Viber), sending is not possible."
Actually, there is no mistake on our part. To allow you to go to the stage if you could not send - there is a corresponding setting in action.
