The client received the same SMS every 2-3 minutes

After problems with TurboSMS, a token was added to the integration settings to switch the api to JSON sending.
The next day, for one order, one SMS was sent to the client, which came every 2-3 minutes, until I removed the token from the settings.
The status of the message in the box was something like SUCCESS_MESSAGE_ACCEPTED and highlighted in red, but I don't remember the exact name.

What is it connected with? How to avoid a similar problem in the future?
When adding a token in the settings, do I need to remove the login and password?
