since yesterday evening, hybrid SMS / viber stopped sending. At the same time, regular SMS are sent without problems. with a hybrid page, it just freezes and there is no transition to the stage, there are no notifications, turbo sms support claims that no api requests are received, codes, tokens, passwords, conditions have not changed. the request just doesn't reach their server.

There are problems somewhere with the network at the trunk provider. Requests for sending do not reach us (there is also no access to the page http://turbosms.in.ua/api/wsdl.html because of this), everything works from our side, but some users cannot access it. We have to wait until they are resolved, unfortunately, we cannot influence this

thanks to all . after 4 hours of turbo sms statements that everything is fine with them, they accidentally noticed that for 14 hours they had problems with the provider and the service did not work. )) have already fixed everything
