Sergey, they moved Box to a new IP address (not yet to a new domain), and they can't access it. When transferring to a new IP address, do you also need some work?

As far as I can see the external address remains the same.
As I understand it, you have changed the domain by which you want to connect to the box.
You must point this domain to the IP address of your box.

I don't know what authority you have over these projects to charge money and change domains.
