The lack of information on the graph is due to the fact that the server did not have enough resources (RAM).
It happened Mar 6 20:19:06.
The OS kernel has protection against such cases and oom-killer killed the most active processes (php-fpm and mysql (DB)).
After that, the OS restarted these services.
What causes the load on the system is hard to say right away.
This issue requires further study.
