MVP doesn't work. Individual pages load, but extremely slowly. It is almost impossible to take any action. The site is running slowly. Resetting the server helps for 3-4 minutes, and then it does not respond at all. Maybe problems with the virtual server, but the hosting says they are fine. Who can help?

There is a very heavy load on the server - load average: 53.10, 48.83, 38.73
Maybe it's a DOS attack, or very aggressive bots.
