This morning, all employees cannot log into CRM, the page does not load.
Employees out of work, customers nervous!
This is an unacceptable situation!
1. The sales team cannot contact customers!
2. Warehouse can't ship!
3. The advertising budget is being squandered!
4. If within 2 hours we cannot resume work, then orders will not leave today, and the new mail will not work tomorrow. We will be forced to pay a penalty for the delay of the goods.
OneBox - will cover the amount of the penalty that I will be forced to pay to my customers due to a delay in shipments?
