CRM began to hang

Good afternoon.
About a month ago, CRM began to freeze when loading any page.
Approximate hang time from 5 to 10 seconds. Previously loaded in a maximum of 1-2 seconds.
Especially hangs when searching or changing the status of an order.
This was not the case before.
The hosting said that everything is ok with them.
What is the reason for constant freezes?

2. Deleting some of our files.
Half a year ago you did an analysis on our files:
44.3GiB - client files (stored in the box).
Number of files by type (main):

Question - is it possible to delete files created from the beginning of CRM and 2019?
