Employee access to additional fields

Good afternoon.
There is a task to restrict access to certain fields for employees to view and edit certain fields.
I go into certain access rights settings: Settings -> Access by add. process fields. There I remove the checkmarks: View and Control in the item All fields.
Further on all the fields I place checkmarks for viewing and managing as I need.
I save everything.
As a result, Field Management works inconsistently with the checkboxes set. The employee has a check mark on the management, but when trying to change the specified field, an error pops up with the lack of access rights to change this field.
I return back to the access parava, I return the checkmarks in the All fields item, everything is edited.
I don't understand the logic!

Also, the fields in the BP card are not visible: Monitoring, Response, Physical. Security.

Maybe your problem is that you gave access to the "Monitoring outsourcing" field, but brought it to a process called "Monitoring" - that's what it shows.
The "Monitoring" field does not show, since there is no access to it.

No, with accesses everything is correctly configured. All fields should be displayed in the process: Monitoring, Monitoring outsourcing. There is no duplication or confusion in the fields.

the specified user https://sobr.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/users/permissions/9355/ does not have access to the "Monitoring" field (which should be displayed in the universal block on the left) - she does not see it. But at the same moment there is access to the "Monitoring outsourcing" field (which is displayed in the universal block on the right, but called "Monitoring") - it is displayed.

When you change access rights, they are not immediately applied, but are rebuilt according to the minute crone.
They probably do not have time to rebuild, you need to wait a few minutes (depending on the time the minute cron is running).

But the question on the Contract Status field is up-to-date, the checkboxes for PROSOMTr and Manage are unchecked in the All fields item, but both are on in the Contract Status field item, but when you try to change the field, an error occurs.
