Alexander Chizhik is right, yes, it's better to just create a new cloud. If the client bought onebox (paid for the boxed version) - then this is a different story, the client needs to either restore his server / issue a new one, or switch to the cloud.

If the client bought onebox (paid for the boxed version) - then this is a different story, the client needs to either restore his server / issue a new one, or switch to the cloud.
