OS: Access rights in the context of Payments and cash desk do not work correctly

Guys, the access rights in the "Payments and Cashier" application do not work correctly, or I misunderstood something.
Right now, the following is displayed in the permissions settings:
1. "Payment accounts" - https://our-store.com.ua/app/payments/settings/account/ are responsible for this;
2. "Categories of payments" - should be responsible for this data but are NOT responsible https://our-store.com.ua/app/payments/settings/category/;

Just because of this error, I can't set up Access Rights specifically for payment categories.
