In the results I see

Why are they not showing up?
Setting Global Search to display by creation date
I checked in the processes, the phone number of the client of the process did not change

sorting is performed already after searching for processes
that's why you see other processes
there are no dates in the search index itself, so it is impossible to sort before searching, it is only possible to increase the number of results and already sort them
