https://venbest.crm-onebox.com/admin/forms/Here is an example of a specific form. You specify "which process should be run when the user fills out the form" (see screenshot).
That is, you send one form to a bunch of users (by hand OR through the "Submit form" action at some stage of the BP), and when the user fills out the form, new processes are generated, for example, like this:

Inside each such process, "what the user filled out" will be indicated.
At the stage of setting up the form (screenshot), you can specify which fields in which fields of the process / contact to write, and then you can download all processes to XLS / CSV or analyze directly in OneBox.
That is, the general mechanism for setting up a satisfaction survey might look like this:
1. In the settings of the BP "connecting a new client" at some final stage "Connected" you set the automatic action "Send the survey form" (and specify the form).
2. In the settings of this survey form, you specify which new process to launch, where to add data to this process.
