Good afternoon.
Forming a BP for a customer satisfaction survey.
An automatic start of the process is planned, depending on a number of factors, and a manual start is possible. A number of questions arose:
1.a) how can I transfer contact data (email or phone number) from a file to the process so that the process starts on each one? on which you want to create a task?
1.b) Is it possible to immediately build in the check for the presence of a contact in the system in task 1a, and if not, create it automatically?
1.c) is it possible to track the status of a sent email with a form: delivered or not?
2. After filling out the feedback forms, how to create a table where there will be a "customer" field and a list of questions in the header, and in the body of the table the data from the fields of the survey form?
3. Is it possible to have an automatic event (for example, once a day) for sending the table from question 2 to the specified addresses, while selecting data only for the

Importing data from a file is only available using automatic actions (see automating once per minute and once per hour)

Checks for the presence of a contact in the system by contact information are present in most of the functionality, depending on which one you want to use.

Using the basic functionality of sending emails via SMTP - this cannot be done.
When sending emails from a process through integration with SendPulse, it is possible to switch the process status with the action "Switch the process to status if the email sent to the client from the process has been read"

Data can be added to the process if the form was submitted from the process

There is no such option by default. But you can always draw up a TOR and evaluate the development of an automatic action.

Here are the survey forms configured - https://venbest.crm-onebox.com/admin/forms/
Here is an example of a specific form. You specify "which process should be run when the user fills out the form" (see screenshot).
That is, you send one form to a bunch of users (by hand OR through the "Submit form" action at some stage of the BP), and when the user fills out the form, new processes are generated, for example, like this: https://venbest.crm-onebox .com/admin/customorder/vote/
Inside each such process, "what the user filled out" will be indicated.
At the stage of setting up the form (screenshot), you can specify which fields in which fields of the process / contact to write, and then you can download all processes to XLS / CSV or analyze directly in OneBox.
That is, the general mechanism for setting up a satisfaction survey might look like this:
1. In the settings of the BP "connecting a new client" at some final stage "Connected" you set the automatic action "Send the survey form" (and specify the form).
2. In the settings of this survey form, you specify which new process to launch, where to add data to this process.
