Good afternoon. Tell me if it is possible to set up KPI without taking into account the date https://prnt.sc/y66k30, that is, I need the number (sum) of processes that passed through the specified status per day, and it does not matter when the process was created or closed.
How does the checkbox Take into account business processes in the specified groups / stages for the entire time? I assumed that it solves this problem, but when enabled, the data is reset altogether.

He is just responsible for not filtering by the date of the process.

There must be reasons for that. It is advisable to provide a link to the KPI setting + problematic user who, in your opinion, does not count correctly.

Maxim, here is the configured kpi https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/kpi/53/, here is the result https://prnt.sc/ydg334, you can check it on an employee https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/ shop/users/125452/. For the current month, the result should be different
the settings "Take into account only transitions to selected stages" and "Take into account business processes in the specified groups / stages for the entire time" had to be specified together now counts all the processes of the responsible person, which within a month moved to the selected stage
Irina wrote: Maxim, also tell me where to look for the KPI Parameters block? I can't find it anywhere
directly in KPI editing with saved handler "KPI parameter calculation based on other KPIs"
