Incorrect display in the layout and an error with folding

If something is filtered, then it will look like this and the "Filter" button cannot be hidden (Fig. 1)
2. Here (Fig. 2) it is not possible to collapse the "O'right" item, it simply does not collapse when clicked. The rest of the items work great.

Derkach Dmytriy please see how to remove the "Filter" button if you haven't done anything on the page yet and in showmoreInfo('O'right'); add escape if you are there.
