In general, it is desirable to indicate the calculation logic using the example of the same report and processes

There is a setting Category of payments for Fixed expenses, you need to add a setting for processes, the amount of which will also be taken into account in fixed expenses + you need to set from which category the amount of these processes should be taken away, since the costs of these processes are paid along with other expenses.
For example:
There are categories of payments:
1. Purchasing from suppliers.
2. Other expenses.
The expenses for the 1st category are UAH 85,000, and for the 2nd category - 15,000 UAH. The total amount of expenses is 100,000 UAH
There are 2 processes:
- Task 1.
- Task 2.
The sum for all BP processes Task 1 - 15000 UAH, for the BP processes Task 2 - 5000 UAH.
The report should show:
1. Costs for Task 1 - 15000 UAH
2. Costs for Task 2 - 5000 UAH
3. Expenses for the category Purchase from suppliers minus expenses for Task 1 minus expenses for Task 2 - UAH 65,000
4. Expenses by category Other expenses UAH 10,000
5. The total amount of expenses is 100,000 UAH

It is in the "P&L" report or in the "P&L by processes"?

Payments should not be taken into account, but the amount of the process. The bottom line is that there are no payments in these processes. Payments for these processes are in orders to the supplier, but in the report I would like to see in a separate line how much was spent on these processes.

The "P&L" report displays data on a monthly basis, do you need to take into account the processes that were closed in a given month or otherwise?
