I found in the interface designer (when creating a product) that you can add a separate block with socket characteristics guides. (Screen 1).
Is it possible to select 2 values in 1 filter? (Screen 2)

Yes, in the interface designer you can really add separate blocks with feature guides, as in Screen 1 — this is very convenient for structuring data. As for filters (Screen 2), currently the ability to select two or more values within one filter depends on the type of filter used. If the filter is configured as a multi-selection (checkbox or multi-select), then you can select multiple values. If the filter works as a radio-button or dropdown with a single selection — unfortunately, no. We recommend checking the filter type in the settings or contacting technical support to change the configuration.
