Good afternoon. We have 8 licenses for the organization. They are currently in Use https://prnt.sc/ulsart but in fact half of these employees are not using box right now. They come once a week at different times. And if you need to enter someone else not from this list, then you need to ask someone else to log out.
Are there any other ways to solve the problem? For example, if an employee is not online, then the license ceases to be used by him and becomes free.

Unfortunately, not quite so.
All current contracts stipulate that you can sell your entire system to a third party once.
This is necessary in case you are selling your company or restructuring.
