Now we fixed the problem with the database. At 11 o'clock we switched to another server. There are no problems with the database on it, everything works correctly.

The bottom line is that we, about your manipulations with servers, do not know anything. Accordingly, we only have access to the server where the system was located earlier. If you give ssh access to the new server, you might be able to upgrade your system.
