Good afternoon! I set the task for support at the beginning of the summer by loading price lists for a specific supplier. They answered that the planned mass update of OneBox will fix all the errors. They promised an update at the end of August. Then at the end of September. Now you can't hear anything at all. When will the system be updated? The task is up and running.

Good afternoon! I'm very sorry, but is it possible to roll back to the old version? All settings are gone. Reconfiguring will be very problematic. Nothing works. Please roll back the version. Once again, I'm very sorry.

no, you can't roll back you were on the 2017 version you have been updated to 4 new versions after yours, you won’t be able to roll back
